The Sr. Staff Customer and Product Quality Engineer leads customer and product quality efforts for hyperscale/AI server systems, working from new product introduction through high-volume production. This role serves as the customer advocate and escalation point, ensuring issues are resolved and driving continuous improvement across design, process, materials, and test. The position partners with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
