As a Senior Staff Hardware Design Engineer at Marvell, you will lead the design review of multi-layer organic (MLO) and printed circuit board (PCB) probe cards for wafer sort applications. This role leverages deep expertise in signal integrity, transmission line theory, and high-speed MLO/PCB design to support the company's cutting-edge semiconductor solutions. You will collaborate across central engineering teams to ensure reliable hardware performance that enables new possibilities in enterprise, cloud, and AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead design review of multi-layer organic and printed circuit board probe cards
Apply signal integrity and power integrity simulation to semiconductor hardware
Define and review design guidelines for high-speed serial and memory interfaces
Evaluate stack-up, routing topology, and via structure for complex chips
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable hardware solutions
