The Sr. Staff Hardware/Software Simulation Engineer develops and maintains simulation methodologies and tools that predict and optimize hardware performance across digital, analog, and photonics domains. The role builds mixed-signal and co-simulation frameworks integrating RTL and circuit-level simulators, and partners closely with digital, analog, photonic, and software teams to deliver production simulation infrastructure. This position influences design and verification workflows and supports technical adoption through documentation and training.
