About this role

This role leads the analysis, development, testing, and qualification of structural subsystems for New Glenn's second stage and payload accommodations at Blue Origin. As a hands-on position, it involves managing the full lifecycle of hardware structures from requirements definition through design, assembly, and flight operations. The ideal candidate will apply technical expertise and leadership to drive safe and reliable spaceflight missions.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle management of structural subsystems
Perform hand calculations and FEM analyses for safety margins
Develop design concepts and conduct trade studies
Oversee structural test planning and report generation
Mentor junior engineers and build analytical automation tools

Skills

Qualifications
