Sr. Supervisor - Facilities (Onsite - Andover MA)

RTX is hiring a Sr. Supervisor – Facilities to provide frontline leadership and technical support to a multi-trade team including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. This onsite role involves developing cost-effective solutions for complex building infrastructure issues while collaborating with management, security, and internal customers. The candidate must possess extensive experience in facilities maintenance, read blueprints, and maintain an active DoD Secret security clearance.
