About this role

A Sr. Sustainability Analyst supports the Environmental Sustainability team in tracking Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions for a real estate client across the Americas region. The role involves leading green building certifications, managing waste-related initiatives, and preparing data visualization dashboards to drive emissions reductions. Reporting to the Global Sustainability and Energy Manager, the ideal candidate combines hands-on experience with strong data analysis skills and a passion for environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

Track Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions data
Lead waste-related certifications for regional offices
Develop and deliver sustainability training programs
Prepare dashboards for client reporting and benchmarking
Support facilities management with energy efficiency initiatives
