About this role
The Configuration Manager ensures the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) remains accurate, current, and reliable to support IT service delivery. Operating within the ITIL Service Operations organization, this role owns the Configuration Management System (CMS) and its integrations with discovery tools and ITSM applications. The position partners with platform teams and business owners to align configuration data with business processes and service definitions.
