This role serves as a senior technical liaison for Blue Yonder's Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions, bridging the gap between project managers, architects, and key customer stakeholders. The incumbent conducts functional analysis, manages system configuration and integration, and ensures successful post-go-live support while driving value realization for clients. With over a decade of experience, the professional acts as a subject matter expert to resolve complex technical issues and guide consulting teams on implementation and managed services.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical liaison between project teams and customer executive sponsors
Conduct functional analysis sessions to develop tailored WMS solutions
Manage system configuration, testing, and post-go-live stability
Resolve complex technical issues through trace file analysis
Guide consulting teams on product implementation and integration
