Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness and manufacturing performance
Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using A3 and 8D methodologies
Establish and improve process capability through statistical analysis and validation

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical fieldLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
