The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and securing data and applications on classified and unclassified systems while supporting large-scale migration and operations. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and possess relevant technical experience to ensure compliance with security and service protocols.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex remote and deskside IT incidents on classified and unclassified systems
Perform advanced VDI diagnostics and SIPR thin client remediation prior to Tier-III escalation
Coordinate desktop installation projects and maintain Microsoft Planner Dashboards for leadership briefings
