Sr. Training Specialist (Manufacturing Technical Training)

The Sr. Training Specialist develops and implements training and development programs for Pierce Manufacturing and Frontline Communications team members, focusing on technical-manufacturing training and strategic learning initiatives. This role supports the design and deployment of learning programs, including safety, welding, fabrication, and assembly training, while advancing and setting up a new training center. The position involves collaborating with production leaders, managing vendor relationships, and tracking learning outcomes through the corporate Learning Management System (LMS).
