Sr Trial Attorney

The Senior Trial Attorney will independently represent clients under commercial and personal lines insurance policies as lead counsel within a national litigation team. This role involves managing a complex caseload across state and federal courts, providing strategic legal opinions, and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires significant civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation, along with strong trial advocacy and case management skills.
