About this role
The Senior Wet Process Engineer will lead development and implementation of production processes for a greenfield solar cell manufacturing line supporting Starlink satellites and space missions. The role covers the full plant lifecycle including equipment procurement, plant design and layout, equipment commissioning, recipe and process development, and ramp to high-volume production. The engineer will focus on achieving high-efficiency, low-defect, and reliable silicon solar cells for space applications while building a world-class production team and environment.
