The Senior Workday Developer will own configuration and development on the Workday HCM platform, working closely with HR, Finance, and IT to support Core HCM, Payroll, and Compensation. This role focuses on translating business needs into scalable solutions, ensuring platform reliability, data integrity, and compliance. The position is a 6–12 month contract reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Applications.
