The Sr. Workday HRIS Reporting Analyst is responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with a focus on reporting and Prism Analytics. The role ensures data accuracy, system efficiency, regulatory compliance, and provides end‑user support while collaborating with HR, payroll, finance, benefits, and IT stakeholders.
