The SRAM/NVM DFT Technologist leads the engineering of post-silicon memory test solutions, balancing automotive quality standards with cost-of-test optimization. This role involves defining end-to-end test architectures for MRAM and RRAM, driving EDA vendor improvements, and managing the validation process from characterization through high-volume manufacturing. As a technical leader, the position focuses on debugging silicon issues, optimizing yield, and collaborating across design and production teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development of post-silicon memory test solutions for SRAM and NVM technologies
Define and deploy end-to-end test architectures from design insertion to HVM
Drive EDA vendors to improve NVM test capabilities and debug silicon issues
Optimize testing solutions to balance coverage, test time, and yield learning
Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoff from simulation to tester
