About this role

The SRE Observability Specialist is a hands-on expert responsible for delivering the future of Observability across Services Technology, working closely with SREs, developers, and platform teams to embed telemetry and implement SLOs. This role acts as a bridge between Services Technology teams and central infrastructure/CTO teams, prioritizing observability needs and driving improvements in critical Payments Business flows. The position requires strong technical knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define observability roadmap and deliver scalable telemetry solutions
Build end-to-end payment monitoring dashboards and visualizations
Guide teams in implementing SLIs, SLOs, and effective alerting
