About this role
The SRE Operations Manager (Latin America) will lead Value Stream Observability and drive an Automation and AI-first transformation within the company's Global Talent Hub. The role accelerates AI/chatbot initiatives to improve platform reliability and acts as the primary technology and observability liaison between local squads and global engineering leadership. This manager reports to the Director Operations, Brand Ops, Supply Chain and supports platform support transformation across the value stream.
