SRE Team Lead

This role leads, mentors, and grows the SRE team while defining the SRE strategy, roadmap, and best practices aligned with business and compliance requirements. The position is responsible for ensuring high availability of critical services, managing infrastructure automation, and overseeing incident response and problem management. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, and security teams to embed reliability and security into all operations.
