The Senior/Principal Scientist, Upstream Process Development oversees process development, characterization, and GMP manufacturing for gene and cell therapy clinical trials at Genezen. Responsibilities

Lead and manage upstream process development and characterization activities
Oversee technology transfer from lab to pilot plant and GMP manufacturing
Direct a team of scientists and research associates on production projects
Provide technical support for GMP deviations, change controls, and quality systems
Present data and project progress to internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
