About this role

Cerebras Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead capacity planning and fleet strategy for its Inference Service organization. This highly visible role involves collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to maximize the utilization of the world's most advanced AI inference fleets. The position requires driving capacity forecasting, managing datacenter bring-ups, and overseeing the allocation of model replicas across clusters.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain rolling capacity models across every cluster
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to support new datacenter bring-ups
Decide model placement and re-balancing across different customers and clusters
Drive stakeholder adoption of internal capacity planning tools
Proactively identify and mitigate capacity bottlenecks and risks

Skills

Qualifications

5+ years of Technical Program Management experienceExperience in cloud infrastructure or hyperscaler capacity planningProficiency in SQL and basic Python or Flux
