About this role
A Graduate Trainee in Customer Experience Management and Digital Transformation at SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) within the Customer Experience and Data Office (CXDO). The programme provides fresh graduates with industry-relevant experience to support SSG's shift to an AI-enabled, omnichannel customer engagement service.
