About this role

RTX is seeking a Program Integrator to manage mission integration, cost and schedule alignment, and risk management for the SSIS Program Portfolio. The role involves coordinating with functional partners, Senior Raytheon Leadership, and the Navy while implementing RLPM best practices and serving as a Program Backlog Manager using JIRA. Candidates will assist in contract commitments, program proposals, and leading Agile planning methodology for domestic aerospace and defense programs.
