Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant supports the organization's day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and grant compliance processes. This role involves maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing reconciliations and journal entries, and assisting with monthly financial reporting and audit documentation. The position works closely with the CEO and Fractional CFO to ensure financial accuracy and process improvement.
