Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant supports Leslie's financial close and reporting processes by preparing journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and conducting financial analysis. This role partners with FP&A, Treasury, and other teams to resolve accounting matters, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support internal and external audit activities. The position is based at the corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, following a hybrid work schedule.
