Staff AI/ML Platform Engineer

This Staff-level role involves owning the end-to-end architecture of Fanatics' internal AI platform, including the gateway, agent runtime, registry, and retrieval layers. The position requires building and maintaining enterprise-grade systems for LLMs, agents, and data pipelines while ensuring governance, cost analytics, and evaluation standards. The engineer will set technical direction, define standards for other teams, and remain hands-on in shipping complex platform components.
