Staff Analyst, Ops Ecosystem Analytics

The Staff Analyst, Ops Ecosystem Analytics owns the data foundation for CX Operations, designing and building architecture, models, and standards in Snowflake to ensure data is trustworthy, scalable, and usable. This hands-on technical role involves collaborating with Data & Analytics Engineering and Strategy teams to turn raw data into clean, tested models while setting SQL and data-modeling standards. The role also focuses on presenting insights to senior leadership and enabling AI-first operations through validated data foundations.
