The Staff / Lead Applied Scientist will define and execute Tekion's applied AI strategy, translating advanced research into enterprise-grade solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role provides technical stewardship across R&D and partners closely with product and engineering to integrate sophisticated ML systems into core offerings. The position also involves contributing to the scientific community and mentoring junior scientists to build a culture of rigor and innovation.
