The Staff Assistant supports the Requirements Development Section at SHAPE by coordinating the transition from the NATO E-3A capability to the initial Alliance Future Surveillance and Control (iAFSC) capability. This role serves as the office manager and coordinator for the iAFSC Transition Working Group, managing administrative, information management, and communication tasks. The position acts as a liaison between ACO, the iAFSC Support Partnership Committee, and other NATO agencies to ensure a seamless operational transition.
