About this role
The Staff Attorney will provide direct legal representation and counsel to unaccompanied children in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, handling immigration relief such as SIJS, asylum, T and U visas. The role supports children released from ORR custody and works within IRC’s Children’s Legal Services and Resettlement, Asylum and Integration programs to coordinate multidisciplinary care and legal services.
