The Staff Attorney provides legal counsel and support to the organization on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and operational matters, with a primary focus on contract development, negotiation, and legal support for contracting operations. This position serves as a key legal resource to the Contracts team by drafting and negotiating complex agreements, developing templates, and providing timely legal guidance to support daily contracting operations. The role partners with leadership and business units to identify legal risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
