About this role

Altruist is seeking a Staff Back End Engineer to lead engineering best practices and mentor other engineers while owning systemic, cross-service problems. The role focuses on designing and hardening identity and access management capabilities, strengthening AWS cloud infrastructure, and improving database performance for high-volume systems. This position requires a leader who can drive production reliability and partner with the Security team to deliver durable engineering solutions.
