Staff Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale the backend services powering Hatch’s mobile apps and IoT-enabled devices. The role guides cross-functional technical strategy, mentors engineers, and spans cloud APIs to physical devices in millions of homes. Remote-friendly (US/Canada) role with an expectation to work PST/PDT hours and collaborate closely with Mobile, Embedded, and Product teams.
