Staff Bioinformatics Scientist

The Staff Bioinformatics Scientist drives the development of algorithms for detecting minimal residual disease in ctDNA samples and improves algorithms for therapy selection across various biomarkers. This role involves prototyping novel NGS algorithms for clinical oncology use cases and collaborating with internal and external teams to design and analyze experiments. The position requires a strong background in bioinformatics, algorithm development, and oncology to support Illumina's mission of transforming human health through genomics.
