About this role

The Staff Client Systems Engineer will own, integrate, and optimize the global endpoint ecosystem and employee lifecycle automation. This role serves as the principal designer for core operating system configurations and 'Gold Images' across Mac, Windows, and Ubuntu Linux environments. The position acts as a strategic technical bridge between IT and HR, architecting automated identity pipelines between Workday and Okta to ensure secure and efficient onboarding and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain enterprise-grade Gold OS images for macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu Linux
Architect automated identity lifecycle pipelines between Workday and Okta
Provide Tier-3 escalation support and mentorship for IT and helpdesk teams
