Staff Content Designer - Patient Experience

Gifthealth is seeking a Staff Content Designer to define and maintain a consistent patient voice and tone across all digital touchpoints, including in-product communications, SMS, email, and voice AI scripts. The role involves building a scalable content system with AI-enabled tools to empower product, design, and operations teams while ensuring compliance and clarity in high-stakes patient interactions. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Digital Experience within the product department.
