The Technical Curriculum Developer will create and maintain customer-facing and internal training materials for Shield AI’s Hivemind autonomy software. Sitting between engineering, product, and training, the role ensures each software release is accompanied by clear, high-quality documentation and learning content. The position focuses on transforming complex AI and autonomy concepts into accessible formats that help users understand and fully utilize the product. It also involves managing content standards, repositories, and processes to support scalable enablement across customers and internal teams.
