About this role

The Staff Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain high‑quality ELT and streaming pipelines, ensuring data is timely, accurate, performant, and secure. They will own key areas of the Snowflake data warehouse, orchestrate workflows with Dagster/Airflow and DBT, and support analytics delivery through Hex and AI agents. The role also includes mentoring team members, contributing to architectural decisions, and participating in on‑call rotations to guarantee data availability.
