The Staff Data Scientist will own the data strategy for Pomelo Care’s Growth and Patient Experience team, focusing on growing patient enrollment and increasing engagement across the care journey. The role partners with Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Engineering to translate patient insights into product improvements and next-generation engagement features. The position also involves building analytics infrastructure, defining business health metrics, and leading rigorous experiments to measure impact.
