The Staff Data Scientist will own the data strategy for Growth and Patient Experience, focusing on driving patient enrollment and long-term engagement through data-driven product development. The role partners with Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Engineering to define metrics, build analytics infrastructure, and translate patient insights into product improvements. The position also involves presenting findings to leadership and leading experimentation and attribution to optimize acquisition and retention.
