A founding Data Scientist on Unity's Ads Data Science team will drive revenue growth and product success by turning large-scale data into strategic insights. The role partners cross-functionally with PM, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to define success metrics, measure impact of ML and product initiatives, and inform long-term strategy. This position emphasizes ownership of high-impact ML products and establishing a product analytics culture across the Ads organization.
