Staff Designer, Brand

As a Staff Designer on the Marketing team, you will serve as the senior in-house craft leader for Docker's brand, stewarding the visual system across all surfaces and marketing channels. This individual-contributor leadership role involves owning the design of docker.com, leading the marketing design system in Figma, and setting the standard for design quality across the organization. You will also facilitate AI-assisted creative workflows and partner with leadership to translate company strategy into cohesive brand and visual approaches.
