About this role
The Staff Educator at Cogir Senior Living is responsible for identifying educational needs within a retirement residence and developing, coordinating and delivering staff development programs to support quality resident care. The role reports to the Director of Care and focuses on enhancing staff knowledge, satisfaction and compliance with health and safety standards. This position works onsite within the nursing team of the facility.

Qualifications

- Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS) (current within 6 months)
