Staff Electrical Engineer

The Staff Electrical Engineer provides process engineering support for sustainment and improvement of surgical instruments, acting as the voice of operations across R&D, manufacturing, and quality. The role focuses on design for manufacturability, process design, development, and validation for new product introductions. The position partners with internal and contract manufacturers to ensure robust electro-mechanical assembly and compliant production.
