Staff Electrical Engineer

Skyworks is seeking an early-career engineer to join its Compound Semiconductor Device Modeling team, providing device models, technology definitions, and ESD design infrastructure for RFIC and MMIC product development. The role involves hands-on device characterization, compact model development, ESD circuit support, and design enablement activities to deliver a robust design environment for advanced RF applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with circuit designers, process technologists, and the EDA team to support cellular, infrastructure, defense, Wi-Fi, and other RF applications.
