About this role

The Embedded Software Engineer will develop firmware and embedded applications that control and automate Q-CTRL’s quantum sensing and navigation systems, primarily on Xilinx Zynq and STM32 platforms. The role sits within the Sensing Engineering team and supports both research and productization of quantum sensors for defense and aerospace. The engineer will collaborate closely with research scientists to translate experimental requirements into robust, field-ready systems. This position emphasizes architecting embedded platforms with real-time, data-intensive workloads and supporting field trials with industry partners.
