Staff Engineer - Foundry Management

The Staff Engineer, Foundry Management will lead fabrication efforts for IonQ's ion traps and coordinate with external foundry partners to enable scalable, high‑fidelity quantum hardware. The role acts as a liaison between internal teams (design, layout, test, packaging) and external suppliers to align fabrication priorities with company goals. It supports production readiness, technical risk mitigation, and transfer of microfabrication processes to production.
