The Staff Engineer – Membrane Systems serves as the enterprise technical authority for membrane separation technologies across Agropur’s manufacturing network, providing deep expertise in design, operation, optimization, and troubleshooting of membrane systems for dairy processing. The role leads technical aspects of capital projects, establishes standards and roadmaps, and collaborates with R&D, Operations, and Engineering to drive technology‑enabled growth and future product development.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for membrane and drying system projects
Develop and maintain enterprise design standards and technology roadmaps
Lead technical reviews and serve as final authority on engineering decisions
Support capital project development from concept through commissioning
Identify and implement optimization opportunities for performance and sustainability
