Staff Engineer, Modeling

The Staff Engineer – Process Modeling will develop robust, cost-effective processes and scale-up strategies for small molecule pharmaceutical manufacturing within Takeda’s Synthetic Molecule Process Development organization. The role focuses on applying reaction engineering, transport phenomena, mathematical modeling, and digital/in‑silico tools to design, optimize, and troubleshoot synthesis processes. The position partners with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy model‑based solutions and digital twins to support global process development and manufacturing.
