Staff Engineer, Reprocessing Rework Repair

The Reprocessing, Rework and Repair Standard Owner defines and governs Micron's enterprise framework for reprocessing, rework, and repair activities across the global manufacturing network. This role drives standardization, prevention-focused continuous improvement, and digital transformation to reduce reprocessing and improve manufacturing effectiveness. The position leverages data, analytics, and AI-assisted tools to enhance information accessibility, accelerate problem-solving, and prevent future reprocessing needs. The role partners closely with Site Manufacturing, Global Quality, Central Engineering, NPI, Supply Chain, and IT teams to establish enterprise standards and develop scalable digital solutions.
